Kitchen units in dire need of an uplift!!! Hot tub way too cold!!! Both the entry doors and furnishings show significant wear and tear!!! It really feels like management needs to put in some serious effort here.

The stay included a cozy room featuring a fireplace and convenient access to a nearby transit stop. The full kitchen was an added bonus, and we appreciated receiving a three-day transit pass upon arrival. However, cleanliness was a significant concern, with mouse droppings found in the kitchen despite apparent housekeeping. The initial room given was not satisfactory, leading to an uncomfortable experience before being moved to a larger suite, which was a relief amidst the chaos.

The indoor play area made it perfect for young kids. With two fun water slides and a children's pool, they were entertained. It is conveniently close to the village for some extra activities too.
My children wanted more options in the play zone since it can get crowded. A few enhancements to the amenities would make it even better for families.
